Research & Evaluation

At Dutton Fisher Associates we can offer expertise in Research and Evaluation. Recent commissioned research and evaluation projects include working with Homeless Link on two evaluation projects, firstly an ‘Evaluation of Northern Rock / Homeless Link Foundation Grants programme’ and the second an ‘Evaluation of the Impact of Homeless Link Regional Managers’. Other recent commissions include a ‘Participant Programme Evaluation Report evaluation’ of Leadership and Development courses for BaE systems.

Paul Dutton has delivered several conference papers and published research papers, refereed articles and book chapters concerned with changing metropolitan housing sub-markets and the urban renaissance agenda. He has experience of managing field research in Bradford for the University of Oxford, Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS), on a Joseph Rowntree Foundation funded research project on Muslims and Community Cohesion in the UK. Paul has undertaken a range of housing needs assessments and was lead researcher and author of ‘A Black & Minority Ethnic Housing Needs Study for the Northern Housing Market Area’ within the Northern Sub-Region of the East Midlands’.
