Dutton Fisher Associates is committed to supporting individuals and organisations in continuing self-improvement. We are always seeking ways to develop tools and resources for aspiring leaders and officers in the social housing, private rented sector and public and ‘not for profit’ sectors including the NHS and HEI’s.
Housing Professionalisation
Our purpose at Dutton Fisher Associates is to provide housing organisations and their staff opportunities to enhance and develop their professionalism skills. This can be through our CIH recognised Housing Professional Passport, a standalone CIH accredited qualification, a Housing apprenticeship or bespoke training.
The Housing Professional Passport
Investing in professionalism will ensure people working in the housing profession have the right skills, knowledge, and behaviours to thrive in their role, make good decisions, deliver better services to residents, and help change lives now and in the future.
We have developed the Housing Professional Passport as a direct response to the governments and social housing regulators’ agenda of the professionalisation of the housing sector. The Passport is structured around the CIH set of professional standards.
