Dutton Fisher Associates offer the following Leadership and Management apprenticeship standards

Level 3 Team Leader

Level 5 Operations Manager

Our programmes are delivered primarily through a range of workshops and expert coaching/mentoring.

The workshops are employer led and flexible in alignment with our organisational values of Customer Focus, Innovation and Flexibility.

We offer a highly practical and facilitated delivery style centred on participant involvement. Tailored packages are designed to meet the requirements of our client’s particular circumstances with delivery methods based upon a range of established practices.

We provide a flexible approach to delivery timetables and methods and are able to facilitate delivery of face to face workshops at times and locations to suit our clients.

Our tutors will be selected for their skills, background and experience, as well as having practitioner experience in leadership and management.

Housing/Property Management Assistant

The Housing/Property management Assistant role is an entry level role. It is customer facing and primarily responsible for the administrative work needed to support the creation and sustainment of successful tenancies and leaseholds in both social and private housing sectors
