We manage training programmes for employers on a national, regional or local basis.

The Housing/Property management Assistant role is an entry level role. It is customer facing and primarily responsible for the administrative work needed to support the creation and sustainment of successful tenancies and leaseholds in both social and private housing sectors
The housing/property management occupation is customer facing and primarily responsible for the creation and sustainment of successful tenancies in the private and social rented housing sectors
The senior housing / property management occupation in both social / private housing sectors is responsible for the management and delivery of housing / property related services within their business/service area(s). The role involves the management of resources with delegated authority to deliver the business objectives
Property Management: Private Sector
The Apprenticeship standards considered above are also designed to the needs of the private rented/ leasehold sectors. They are therefore suitable for apprentices and staff in these sectors including; Lettings Negotiators, Leasehold Management Officers, and Property Manager.
