We help organisations develop apprenticeship programmes to suit their needs and offer a number of programme routes from Level 2 to Level 5
Apprenticeship standards are programmes of learning and development that have been designed by employers. They offer flexibility in the delivery of training, and are intended to increase the effectiveness of outcomes for apprentices and employers.
The apprenticeship standards are a set of knowledge, skills and behaviours the apprentice needs to achieve, and are assessed through an ‘End Point Assessment’. To ensure rigorous assessment The End Point Assessment Organisation should be completely independent from the training provider.
Apprenticeship standards have been developed to attract new talent into the sector, to upskill existing staff, and to assist organisations and staff to prepare and develop their management and leadership skills and behaviours.
Dutton Fisher Associates was one of the first training providers in the UK to deliver the apprenticeship standards. We have tailored our extensive knowledge of training and development to enable us to deliver innovative programmes to a range of sectors. Delivery of these programmes is designed entirely to suit the needs of both employer and learner including blended learning solutions which include on-line e-learning.
