Apprenticeship Standards

Apprenticeship standards are programmes of learning and development that have been designed by employers. They offer flexibility in the delivery of training, and are intended to increase the effectiveness of outcomes for apprentices and employers. The apprenticeship standards are a set of knowledge, skills and behaviours the apprentice needs to achieve, and are assessed through an ‘End Point Assessment Organisation’.

DFAs Apprenticeship programmes have been developed to welcome and develop new talent into organisations, and also to upskill existing staff in readiness for their next career step.
