To deliver the wide range of services that are available from Dutton Fisher Associates we have a variety of partners who work with us to deliver quality, accredited training programmes.

University of Bradford

The University of Bradford, School of Life-long Learning and Development (SLED) seeks to widen participation in higher education amongst people who do not usually take part in University education. We have joined forces with SLED to deliver the Foundation Degree in Housing Services Management. SLED will provide the quality assurance and accreditation needed for successful delivery of the Foundation Degree.

The Foundation Degree has been designed to create a programme of part-time learning for housing practitioners who are either working at or aspiring to middle management positions in social housing organisations. The degree includes work based learning supported and enhanced with e-learning through the Dutton Fisher Academy. The Foundation Degree offers flexible models of delivery, allowing us to deliver the qualification at the premises of participating organisations.

City Training Services

City Training Services (CTS) is a leading provider of a wide range of apprenticeship programmes. They secure funding and provide the apprentices with the support they need to successfully complete their apprenticeship programme.

Dutton Fisher was asked to partner CTS to deliver the technical and NVQ elements of a range of programmes including Business Administration, Customer Care and Housing Practice.

City South Manchester Housing Trust

City South Manchester Housing Trust (CSMHT) is a registered social housing organisation based in the Greater Manchester area.

With CSMHT we are jointly accredited to deliver CIH quality assured training programmes for housing organisations across Greater Manchester.

Solutions Housing Consultancy

Solutions Housing Consultancy is run by Mike Schirwing who is a specialist housing consultant and has exceptional training and consultancy experience in tenant training, resident scrutiny, regulation and governance.

Through a partnership with Solutions Housing Consultancy Dutton Fisher is able to offer CIH accredited tenant training for co-regulation including CIH Level 3 Award in Resident Scrutiny and the CIH Level 3 Award in Governance in Housing.
