Dutton Fisher Associates core staff:

Dr Paul Dutton

A corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Paul Dutton has wide-ranging knowledge of, and practitioner experience in, the social housing sector. He also has extensive experience of delivering training and certificated learning programmes to housing staff.

  

  

Jo Fisher M.Ed PCET

A fellow member of the Institute for Learning, Jo is an innovative and versatile trainer with over 15 years experience of developing managers. She has a great talent for inspiring others to perform in the workplace with an ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels. Jo has many great ideas and manages to transfer her high levels of enthusiasm to others

Jo has worked in public sector management for over 15 years and more recently has developed a successful track record of private sector clients. She brings with her a wealth of experience to draw upon in ‘real life’ management issues.


Simon Nicholson

Simon has extensive experience in, and knowledge of, local authority Housing and Finance gained from many years working as a frontline Housing sector worker. After gaining his PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) qualification and successfully completing his NVQ A1 Assessor Award Simon now assesses and internally moderates all Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 and Level 3 Awards as well as providing assistance in the support of learners in tutorials. Simon also provides rigorous quality assurance for all programmes and supports all administrative functions.


Karen Booty

Karen is an experienced and professional trainer, who runs challenging and learner participative training sessions with a strong emphasis on delivering to commercial objectives. Karen also works on one off and long term projects as a training consultant, designing and delivering courses on a wide range of management and business subjects.

With over 15 years of business experience in the financial services, publishing and hospitality industries, Karen has worked for high profile companies, both large and small. She has a wide range of hands on experience in operations, marketing and human resources in addition to her excellent training credentials, backed up with recognised qualifications in training, business & finance and marketing.

Karen specialises in; Leadership and Management Training, 1-to-1 Coaching, Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Assertiveness, Presentation Skills, Marketing, Sales Training, Budgeting and Report Writing Skills
