Engage to Change (CIH Level 3 Supporting Homeless Persons Certificate) is an innovative new qualification which is designed specifically for frontline homelessness workers. Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing as a Level 3 qualification it has been developed following extensive consultation with a wide range of homelessness organisations.

We are currently delivering the qualification to workers and service users from a range of homelessness agencies and housing support schemes from across the Yorkshire region.
