Apprenticeships are growing in popularity as employers see the benefits of employing young enthusiastic employees who are studying towards nationally recognised qualifications. You employ a 16-24 year old who commits to a 12 to 24 month programme with training and support funded by the government. The apprentice does not have to work full time. An apprentice could be recruited from an external pool of candidates or it could be an opportunity for existing staff to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge. At Dutton Fisher we have tailored our extensive knowledge of the Housing sector to enable us to deliver innovative Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship programmes and our clients include Twin Valley Homes, Leeds Federated Housing and Places For People. Delivery of these programmes is designed entirely to suit your needs including blended learning solutions which include on-line e-learning. Apprenticeship funding is available for all age groups, with 16-18 year olds fully funded and part funding available for 19+ year olds. An apprenticeship consists of a number of qualifications which make up an apprenticeship framework.
