Dutton Fisher Associates offer expertise in the housing sector. Our aim is to be Training provider of choice for the social Housing Sector. DFA deliver tailored training packages to many clients including Leeds City Council, Together Housing Group, Plus Dane Group, Adactus Housing. At Dutton Fisher Associates we offer a range of accredited and non-accredited training packages tailored to suit your individual requirements. With our clients we have developed innovative packages of ‘blended learning’, creating programmes of ‘face to face’ workshops and training sessions alongside e-learning and tutor support, via our e-learning portal the Dutton Fisher Academy. Training can be delivered at a range of locations to suit your requirements including on our own premises, in-house at your premises or at a venue in your location.

  • Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Accredited Training

    Dutton Fisher Associates has a proven track record in the design and delivery of Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) accredited training for Housing organisations. The CIH is the largest awarding body for housing qualifications.

    We are accredited by the CIH to deliver Level 2 to Level 4 Housing Courses. We deliver the complete learning and development programmes for Housing Apprentices (Level 2 and 3) and are accredited to deliver the Engage to Change qualification (CIH Level 3 Certificate) which is tailored specifically to meet the training and development needs of workers in the homelessness sector.

  • Leadership and Management for Social Housing

    Dutton Fisher is an Accredited Centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), enabling the delivery of ILM Management Qualifications from Level 2 to Level 7. Our management qualifications are designed and delivered in a uniquely flexible format enabling a bespoke training solution intended to adapt to employers’ differing learning and development needs.

    ILM Management Qualifications combine innovative design with a strong focus on developing workplace performance, and are explicitly designed to meet the needs of managers and their organisations.

  • NVQs for the Housing Sector

    NVQ’s are work-related, competence-based qualifications awarded by City & Guilds which combine practical skills and theoretical knowledge. At Dutton Fisher Associates we offer a range of NVQ’s including Housing, Customer Care and Team Leading at various levels.

  • Tenant and Resident Training for Co-Regulation

    CIH Level 3 Award in Resident Scrutiny – The qualification aims to empower tenants and enhance the skills of engaged tenants and leaseholders to participate fully in the new Regulatory Framework for social housing.
